What happens when you call
You'll either reach ARD Waterproofing directly or get a callback within the hour during normal business hours. There's no phone tree, no qualifying call from a sales rep, and no pressure.
On that first call, expect us to ask three things:
- Where are you located? (We confirm we serve your area.)
- What are you seeing? (Water on the floor, seepage from walls, sump pump issues, drainage problems outside, foundation cracks.)
- When did it start, and is it worse in specific weather?
If it sounds like work we handle, we'll book a property walk-through at no cost. ARD Waterproofing visits the home in person, diagnoses the cause, and gives you an honest quote on the spot.
What it costs to talk to us
Nothing. Property walk-throughs and estimates are free for homes inside our service area. We don't charge a trip fee, and we don't bill for diagnosis. If we can't fix the problem ourselves, we'll tell you that and point you toward the right trade.

If you're nearby but not listed, call anyway. We sometimes take work just outside this footprint when the project is right.
Emergency response
Storm-related basement flooding, a sump pump that failed mid-rainstorm, or water entering a finished basement is an emergency. We treat it that way. If we're not the right trade for the problem (for example, if you need a plumber for a burst supply line rather than a waterproofer), we'll tell you that and help you find the right person.
Information to have ready
You don't need to prepare anything to call, but the diagnosis goes faster if you can answer:
- Approximate age of the home, or the foundation type if you know it
- Where the water is appearing (floor, wall, specific corner, all over)
- What you've already tried, if anything (sealants, paint, prior contractor work)
- Whether the basement is finished, partially finished, or unfinished
- Any photos or short videos taken during the last leak

Discounts for service members and first responders
If you're active duty military, a veteran, a police officer, a firefighter, or an EMS responder, you receive 12% off any waterproofing or drainage job with ARD. Mention it on the first call and bring your ID to the estimate.

For larger drainage and full waterproofing systems, we offer financing through Enhancify, including options up to $200,000 with 0% APR for qualifying homeowners. Ask about it on the estimate visit, and we'll walk you through what's available.
